This is a hybrid program that combines in-person classroom instruction and hands-on laboratory training with required online coursework. In addition to attending all scheduled in-person sessions, students must complete mandatory online learning activities outside of class. Reliable access to a computer and high-speed internet is required to successfully complete the online components of the program.
Step 1: Pre-Enrollment Meeting
All prospective students are required to participate in a pre-enrollment meeting with a Perry & Associates Healthcare Education (PAHE) staff member. During this meeting, staff will review the program requirements, tuition and fees, available funding resources, and the application and enrollment process. The meeting may be conducted by telephone or via Zoom and typically lasts 10–15 minutes.
Step 2: Complete the AAA Career Institute Applicant Intake Form
After completing the Pre-Enrollment Meeting, prospective students must complete the AAA Career Institute Applicant Intake Form. This form is used to collect basic demographic, contact, educational, and program interest information for the Institute's student information system and enrollment database.
Please note: The Applicant Intake Form is not an application for admission and does not guarantee acceptance into any program. Applicants will receive instructions for submitting the official program application after the intake process is complete.
Step 3: Complete Application Requirements Through Complio
After submitting the AAA Career Institute Applicant Intake Form, applicants will receive an email with instructions and a link to purchase the appropriate Complio package.
Complio is the AAA Career Institute's official third-party compliance management system. Through Complio, applicants will:
Applicants are responsible for purchasing the required Complio package and completing all assigned requirements by the deadlines provided.
Program Availability
Enrollment is limited for each program. Students are accepted on a first-qualified, first-served basis after completing all admission requirements.
During the Pre-Enrollment Meeting, applicants will be informed of the number of available seats for their selected program.
If a program reaches capacity after an applicant has purchased the required Complio package, the applicant will be placed on a waitlist. Should a seat become available before the program begins, the applicant will be offered enrollment in the order of the waitlist.
If a seat does not become available, the applicant will receive priority consideration for enrollment in the next available cohort. Any completed compliance requirements within Complio will remain available for use, subject to applicable expiration dates and program requirements.
Step 4: Registration and Enrollment
Applicants will be officially enrolled in their selected program after successfully completing all required admissions and compliance requirements through Complio and receiving approval from AAA Career Institute.
Once enrollment is confirmed, students will receive a Registration Confirmation Email that includes:
Tuition Payment
All tuition and applicable fees must be paid in full before the program start date unless other payment arrangements have been approved in writing by AAA Career Institute. Students who have not satisfied their financial obligations by the payment deadline may forfeit their reserved seat and be required to enroll in a future cohort, subject to availability.
Program Enrollment Deadlines
The enrollment deadline for each program is 14 calendar days before the scheduled program start date. Applicants are encouraged to complete all admission requirements as early as possible, as enrollment is limited and available seats are filled on a first-qualified, first-served basis.
Exceptions to the enrollment deadline may be considered on a case-by-case basis if space remains available in the program and the applicant can meet all required admissions, compliance, and payment requirements before the program begins. Approval of a late enrollment request is at the AAA Career Institute's sole discretion and is not guaranteed.
Texas House Bill 1508 (HB 1508)
In accordance with Texas House Bill (HB) 1508, effective September 1, 2017, and Texas Occupations Code, Chapter 53, AAA Career Institute is required to notify all prospective and enrolled students that a criminal history may affect eligibility for occupational licensure, certification, or employment upon completion of an educational program.
Certain criminal convictions or deferred adjudications may prevent an individual from obtaining a required license or certification or may result in disciplinary action by the applicable licensing authority.
This notice is provided to all applicants and students, regardless of whether they have a criminal history, to ensure that every student is informed of the potential impact criminal history may have on future licensure and employment.
Prospective students who have questions or concerns about how their criminal history may affect their eligibility for licensure or certification are strongly encouraged to request a Criminal History Evaluation Letter or other eligibility determination from the appropriate Texas licensing agency before enrolling or as early as possible during the program.
